Charlottesville, VAPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an easy, very structured Zoom-based loop for the Software Engineer role, including multiple behavioral and a pair-programming technical session.

Company intro / interview framing — had an initial session explaining the company and what the interview would look like.
Onsite-style Zoom (3 sessions, 1.5 hours) — handled three Zoom meetings: one behavioral/work-skills discussion with two interviewers, one additional behavioral interview with one interviewer, and one technical interview involving pair programming; there were short breaks. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the format was clear and straightforward throughout.
