I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a fairly average, team-driven journey that varied by interviewer focus.

Team interviews (multiple rounds) — The process involved several conversations with different team members, each emphasizing something different.
“Get to know you” vs. technical emphasis — I was asked more personal, background-style questions in some rounds, while other rounds leaned more technical. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the experience mainly reflected alignment of interview emphasis rather than a single standout technical hurdle.
