I applied for a Software Engineer role, but the process suffered from repeated recruiter non-responsiveness and unclear outcomes in October 2022.

Recruiter coordination — Communication was consistently unreliable, and I wasn’t getting timely updates.
Outcome ambiguity — I later learned through a colleague that someone else had received the position about two weeks earlier than I was notified.
Scheduling issue — I attempted to use the recruiter’s own scheduling link to set up a meeting, but the recruiter didn’t accept it and didn’t show. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the main takeaway was that outreach and scheduling details weren’t handled consistently.
