I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a difficult but well-structured set of rounds that mixed technical evaluation with scenario and experience questions.

HR coordination — The HR team organized everything well and followed up regularly at each stage.
Interview round(s) (technical + experience mix) — I went through three rounds that combined technical questions and work-experience questions.
Scenario-based questions — I was asked realistic, scenario-style questions to assess how my experience mapped to the role.
HR round — There was also an HR-focused round as part of the sequence. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the process was rigorous and informative, with panels that explained questions
