I went through a difficult interview process that leaned heavily on assessments and a longer hiring-manager discussion.

Online personality/aptitude assessment — completed an online test.
Short screen — had a brief screening conversation.
Longer meeting with hiring manager — attended a more extended discussion with the hiring manager.
Additional communications — received many communications, including prepared videos. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that assessment-and-structured communication played a major role.
