BrazilPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through a recruiting call, a discovery chat with senior leads, and then hands-on technical evaluation with pair programming and architecture.

Recruitment phone call — intro from recruiting to align on role and process.
Discovery video call — a video conversation with two lead engineers to discuss my approach and experience.
Technical round: pair programming + whiteboarding — a pair programming session followed by architectural whiteboarding, then a short retro-style feedback segment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the technical rounds were the main focus and included both execution (pairing) and design thinking (architecture).
