Provo, UTPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a recruiter-coordinated, straightforward sequence with technical conversations but no live coding, then additional interviews with engineering leaders.

Recruiter call — I was told exactly how the process would run.
Technical interview with engineer — 45–60 minutes of technical questions to gauge my experience.
Technical interview with team lead — another 45–60 minutes with technical questions; no live coding required.
Leader interviews — two additional 30-minute conversations with leaders to learn about my career goals and background. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the overall experience felt well organized, timely, and focused on discussion rather than coding under pressure.
