Boston, MAPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed through a Tech Hiring Day flow that mixed a hiring manager chat with a longer event featuring several dev rounds and one behavioral component.

Recruiter phone call — coordination after reaching out for Tech Hiring Day.
Hiring manager meeting — about 45 minutes with a mix of fit questions and technical questions.
Hiring Day event — roughly four hours with three developers and one director/manager, including three separate coding sessions and a behavioral question. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that the event format was hands-on and covered coding plus behavior and leadership alignment.
