I faced an average interview path that started with a quick test and then moved through recruiter and hiring-manager interviews.

Aptitude test — completed a quick aptitude assessment.
Phone interview with recruiter — discussed fit and background.
Zoom interview with hiring manager — held a hiring-manager conversation.
Zoom interview with hiring manager + team members — continued with the hiring manager and about five additional team members. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the format scaled from recruiter to leadership and then to team interaction.
