I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a fast, friendly sequence with a few distinct interview types and pre-work assessments.

HR interview — I began with an HR-focused conversation.
Technical and behavioral interview — Next came a combined technical and behavioral round.
Collaborative coding interview — I then completed a collaborative coding session.
Assessments beforehand — There were cognitive and personality assessments scheduled before the coding round. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the process was quick and respectful, even though the final result wasn’t an offer.
