I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and cleared all rounds, but the process ended with post-interview HR silence.

Screening + panel loop (3 rounds total) — I moved through three interviews with polite, professional interviewers, received positive feedback from the panels, and had time for a compensation discussion.
HR follow-up — After everything looked finished, HR went silent for over a week, then told me the position was closed due to infrastructure changes. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; despite a strong showing, the timeline ended abruptly and communication broke down.
