I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a difficult, four-round sequence starting with aptitude.

Aptitude screen — I began with an aptitude-style assessment.
Screening round — After aptitude, I completed a screening round.
Managerial round — Next came a managerial interview.
Final interview stage — The fourth round completed the set, with communication described as smooth. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the structure felt organized even though I wasn’t selected.
