I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and felt the process dragged on for weeks with poor follow-through.

Recruiter/talent coordination — I experienced a very drawn-out set of steps with long gaps between communications.
Interviews (scheduling/attendance issues) — Some interviews had missing attendees, and video conferencing details were not included or were unclear.
Final decision follow-up — After my last interviews, I was essentially left without updates; I kept reaching out and never got clear closure.
Wrap-up — I ultimately withdrew after getting other opportunities. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that friendly HR communication wasn’t enough
