Newberry, FLPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in August 2022 and found the process straightforward, including a cognitive assessment and a warm director conversation.

Recruiter coordination — Recruiting stayed in contact so I knew what to expect.
Cognitive ability assessment — I completed an online cognitive ability assessment that felt straightforward.
Interview with director — I had an interview with a director of the team, who was warm and responsive to my questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that the early stages were organized and candidate-friendly.
