I went through an online application process that was fairly fast and included cognitive/personality testing plus a full day of Zoom interviews.

Recruiter call — initial screen to confirm interest and context.
Cognitive + personality assessments — a timed cognitive test similar to Wonderlic and a personality assessment, with practice resources provided.
Day of 4 Zoom interviews — interviews with product managers, a pair programming exercise with a senior engineer, a deep dive on my technical resume with a senior engineer, and a short conversation with a director. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the day-long format combined product, coding, resume technical depth, and leadership exposure.
