I was evaluated through recruiter outreach, online testing, and a Zoom sequence that included Scala pair programming and a behavioral discussion, but I didn’t receive an offer.

Recruiter Zoom screening — mostly non-technical questions.
Aptitude + personality tests — a short aptitude test and a personality test via a third-party site.
Team/hiring manager Zoom session — about one hour of pair programming to solve a Scala problem, plus two hours of discussion with team members and managers.
Behavioral question — I was asked to describe a conflict from the past. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; I felt I focused heavily on solving during pairing and may have under-communicated during the behavioral part.
