I interviewed for a Software Engineer role where the interviews themselves felt fair and friendly, but the process ended with frustrating silence.

Multiple interviews (fair questions, friendly people) — The overall experience felt positive through the final interviews.
Post-final decision follow-up — After the last interviews, I tried repeatedly to learn the outcome, including messaging several times. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that ghosting after a good interview is unacceptable even when the questions felt reasonable.
