I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an average difficulty and smooth communication, though the timeline felt a bit longer than other interviews.

Recruiting chat — I had one phone call/chat with someone from recruiting.
Technical + behavioral interviews (3 total after recruiting) — I completed three interviews: two technical sessions and one behavioral discussion.
Online assessment — I also took an online assessment as part of the process. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; everyone was kind and responsive, which made the longer timeline easier to handle.
