I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and overall felt well supported, with standout concern about a corporate aptitude test.

Interview loop (supportive feedback) — I received supportive feedback and clear methods for improvement.
Team fit and coaching mindset — The engineers I spoke with seemed genuinely invested in the future team and my fit.
Aptitude testing (negative feedback) — The process included a corporate aptitude test that I wasn’t sure was relevant to measuring day-to-day effectiveness. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the interviews felt human and constructive, but the testing component left me unconvinced.
