Neenah, WIPosted Aug 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a brief phone call that confirmed I was interested, and then I was invited to an in-person meeting.

Before showing up, I had to prepare a slide deck—essentially a presentation selling myself to the business.

It wasn’t unreasonable, but it did feel like a lot given the pay grade being discussed. Even so, the in-person time gave me a clearer view of the culture. There was obvious tension in how people interacted, and that colored my impression of the environment.

I wasn’t selected after the in-person round.
