PlayStation Software Engineer interview experience

The interview included tasks like working through binary-related logic and creating a simple algorithm, so it wasn’t just conversational.

I also had to talk about what software I’d worked with, and there were questions designed to gauge personality and whether I’d be a good match. The difficulty felt high because it combined multiple technical themes, but it still felt like a coherent assessment of how I think across different kinds of problems. I didn’t end up receiving an offer after this round.
