PlayStation Software Engineer interview experience

The interview itself wasn’t a typical coding session, but it still felt technical in the way it focused on practical experience. The questions leaned heavily toward frontend development, and the interviewer stayed mostly in that lane.

What stood out to me was that it didn’t follow the expected LeetCode-style pattern. The conversation was more about how I’d approached frontend work and what I’d done previously, rather than solving algorithms on the spot. Overall, it felt like a straightforward screen that matched the role’s day-to-day concerns, even though I didn’t get an offer afterward.
