Los Angeles, CAPosted Apr 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process moved fast and felt clearly timed.

It ran on the order of two weeks and followed the pattern of a phone screen, a one-day take-home assignment, and then an onsite interview.

The phone screen tested knowledge of Java and Spring, and then the onsite combined behavioral questions with technical questions. The take-home assignment was part of what made the whole thing feel substantial, because it wasn’t just a quick conversation—it required real work and time. After the onsite finished, I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the overall journey felt coherent and efficiently organized.
