Waterloo, ONPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through university and the process ended up taking about two weeks.

I interviewed in Waterloo, and it was a single interview made up of one LeetCode question plus the usual “why PlayStation” type prompt. I also answered questions about my past experience and the projects I’d worked on.

At the end, I got five minutes to ask the interviewers anything I wanted. That small buffer made the interview feel a little more like a two-way conversation rather than just an interrogation.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the overall experience didn’t feel overwhelming—more like a compact chance to prove I could code and explain my background clearly in a short window.
