Pinterest Software Engineer interview experience

I hadn’t practiced LeetCode-style problems in months, and I realized how much that would matter once I was actually in the interview.

Still, I took the interview quickly because this role had headcount and I didn’t want to risk losing the opportunity by waiting longer. The overall experience came down to the pressure of stepping into a difficult technical round without having kept my skills warm.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. I remember walking in with nerves that weren’t just about the interview itself, but about the gap between how ready I felt and how much the role seemed to demand.
