I had a pretty smooth experience overall—everything felt organized and scheduled cleanly—but the feedback left me unsettled.

I was genuinely confident I completed the coding and system design portions, and I felt like I had shown what they were looking for.

Even so, I got told I didn’t get enough signal during the competency round. That wording was hard to reconcile with how I thought the conversations went. I ended up getting rejected, and while the logistics were handled well, I wasn’t satisfied with the response because it didn’t match my internal read of my performance.
