My process began with a Talent Acquisition call, and I remember the recruiter being really attentive from the start.

After that, I moved into a technical phone screen that had two LeetCode exercises. The first one was medium, and then the second exercise continued in a way that made it shift up to hard.

The challenge was paced like a two-step ramp: medium first to get you going, then a harder continuation where I had to keep momentum and accuracy. I didn’t end up with an offer, but at least the structure felt consistent and clear—one recruiter conversation, then a two-part technical screen where the second problem followed from the first stage of difficulty.
