Pinterest Software Engineer interview experience

During that early screening, the interviewer mostly explained how Pinterest’s process worked and helped set expectations for what came next.

After that, there were three technical interview rounds. They provided example problems ahead of time, but when I got into the real sessions the problems felt more difficult than what I’d seen in the examples.

I didn’t get an offer, and what stood out was the jump in difficulty between the practice materials and the actual technical rounds. The structure was clear, but the challenge level felt higher once the interviews began.
