Pinterest Account Executive interview experience

I ended up going through six rounds of interviews, and by the end I also had to deliver a pitch. It was a lot to manage, and what made it harder was how unresponsive the recruiters were throughout.

Even with all those steps, communication never really felt smooth. I didn’t get much momentum or reassurance between stages, and that uncertainty started to weigh on me while I kept waiting to see how everything would land.

I didn’t receive an offer, and overall it left me with the impression that the process was more effort than organization—especially given how many rounds there were.
