My process started with an OA on LeetCode, which I’d describe as average difficulty.

Not long after, the recruiter called me and it was calm and conversational. Then I had a technical interview scheduled with a SWE, delivered through a Coderpad/Zoom setup, where I worked through a couple coding questions.

The most intense part was the final round: three technical interviews in a row, also on Zoom/Coderpad, with about 15-minute breaks between them. The whole thing felt like a marathon day, but at least the structure was consistent and I knew what to expect as the rounds progressed. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall flow felt fairly well run.
