I went through a phone screening first, followed by a series of three to five rounds.

A recurring theme was a project that I had to walk through during some of the interviews, which made the process feel more hands-on than purely conversational.

Overall, it felt fair, and I got the chance to speak with both the hiring manager and leadership. That mix mattered because it wasn’t just one person judging me in isolation—it felt like multiple levels were involved.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the process itself felt legitimate: they gave me a way to demonstrate thinking through the project, and I got meaningful access to the people who would have influenced the decision.
