Pinterest Backend Engineer interview experience

The people I met were super friendly and helpful, and the vibe was that they were trying to make the process workable rather than just checking boxes.

What stood out most was their flexibility. They were open to adjusting my schedule without making it a hassle. Overall, it felt like one of the better interview processes I’d gone through, largely because the interactions were so pleasant.

Even though I didn’t get an offer, I came away remembering how kind and accommodating everyone was, and that made the whole thing feel more respectful than most.
