Pinterest Software Engineer interview experience

After that call, I selected a time that worked for me, and the recruiter meeting was followed by a final-round technical interview scheduled for the time I picked.

The format itself felt straightforward—recruiter first, then a technical final round—without a lot of extra ceremony. I didn’t reach an offer because I didn’t complete the later steps after that initial stage.

What I remember most is how cleanly the scheduling moved from the recruiter touchpoint into the technical final round. The process didn’t feel confusing even though it didn’t end with a final result.
