Pinterest Account Executive interview experience

I didn’t feel like I was struggling through the actual interviews; the conversations and assessments seemed to go well.

What surprised me was how long it took to land on a final decision. After everything was done, the waiting stretched to almost a month. During that time, the only thing that felt slow wasn’t the evaluation—it was the follow-through and timing.

I didn’t receive an offer. In hindsight, the interviews themselves were fine, but the long silence at the end made the process feel heavier than it needed to be.
