The first step for me was a Codesignal assessment, which kicked off the process quickly.

After finishing that, I went to a recruiter phone screen, and then moved into a technical round with one interview slot that had around two to three coding questions.

From there, I had a final stage with three technical interviews of the usual style—more coding-focused overall rather than anything radically different. The sequence felt efficient and to the point, and although I didn’t get an offer, the structure made it easy to track what came next.
