Pinterest Software Engineer interview experience

Still, I had a frustrating experience because of how the session was run.

The technical interviewer showed up 15 minutes late, which immediately disrupted the flow and made it harder to settle into a productive rhythm. It also felt like they weren’t fully prepared to conduct the interview, and that lowered the professionalism of the interaction.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I took away was that even when the actual questions seem straightforward, the experience can become difficult if the interview logistics and preparedness aren’t handled well.
