Positive

I went through multiple interviews that were genuinely difficult, but I also interpreted them as a sign of strict standards.

The overall vibe from the people I interacted with was pretty positive, and the recruiter felt especially nice—more outgoing than I’d typically seen elsewhere in the tech market.

Because the rounds were hard, it didn’t feel like a casual screen. Still, the combination of tough questions and friendly communication made it easier to understand that they were trying to be selective.

I didn’t get an offer. I left thinking the bar was real, and while that didn’t help me personally, it made the process feel consistent and deliberate rather than random.
