San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I talked with a recruiter first, and after that I didn’t hear much for a while.

Eventually it became pretty clear that I wasn’t what they were looking for as a candidate.

Even with that, the experience didn’t feel negative. The recruiter conversation itself was fine, and the fact that I didn’t move forward just read as a fit issue rather than anything messy.

I didn’t get an offer, but it wasn’t a bad experience. I even felt comfortable saying I’d interview again if the opportunity came up later.
