My interview process was multi-stage and included screening, testing, a self-paced project handoff, and even a drug test.

Recruiter interview call — Initial conversation with a recruiter.
Personality / CCAT test — A combined personality/CCAT evaluation.
Manager interview call + self-paced project — A manager discussion followed by a self-paced project for the next interview.
Drug test — A compliance step.
Team / manager interview — Final team and manager interviews. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process was clearly structured across many steps.
