In the technical round, I was asked about graphs and DP, and the interviewer’s intent felt very CP-oriented—there was a strong emphasis on having solid DSA knowledge, especially DP practice.

When the questions moved away from DP/graphs, they still stayed technical, including how hashing works and some math behind how solutions get derived.

The DSA questions felt descriptive and very “coded” in the competitive programming sense, not just textbook-style exercises. That made the round feel harder than a generic technical interview.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the biggest takeaway was that the technical bar was tuned toward contest/problem-solving style thinking more than general software engineering familiarity.
