My process was a two-round setup through the college placement cycle.

First came an online MCQ round with negative marking, and I had to push through the risk of getting partial credit—or losing points—if I guessed. I cleared that initial test, and then I moved into the second round.

The second round was a live interview where most of the questions centered on networking and Linux, plus DBMS topics. The difficulty felt high and focused rather than broad, and the questions leaned toward concepts I’d need day-to-day for infrastructure and data-related systems. When I walked away, it had that tough, high-stakes feeling, and I didn’t end up with an offer.
