I applied online and then got scheduled for an interview that left me pretty uncomfortable.

During the session, the interviewer didn’t turn on the camera and didn’t really mention anything at all—it felt like I was speaking to a wall, not having a real back-and-forth discussion.

The difficulty was rated easy, but the bigger issue wasn’t the technical content—it was the lack of engagement. I didn’t even want to continue, so I intentionally skipped a few questions just to get through it, because I couldn’t tell what kind of culture or interaction style I’d be expected to deal with. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the whole experience made me feel dismissed more than anything
