My interview felt pretty conversational and lead-focused.

The rounds were GD, then a technical round, and finally an HR round with a confirmation. The main signal I got was that they wanted someone who had actually done work and was willing to take initiative.

They also expected participation in the GD and some baseline familiarity with the fintech space. Because of that tone, it felt less like rapid-fire testing and more like a discussion about fit and experience, which ended up working in my favor.
