Phonepe Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a CodeSignal test that was easy to medium with three questions.

One of them was a sliding window problem, so the first stage felt manageable.

Then I got an email from HR saying the hiring manager round was cancelled for now and that they’d reschedule. I waited, and after two weeks there was still no response from HR. The whole thing turned into a ghosting experience, and it was really disappointing because I was left hanging instead of knowing what was happening.

I didn’t get an offer, and my biggest reflection was frustration with the lack of follow-up and the silence after I’d been told I’d be updated later.
