I cleared a CodeSignal first round with four questions, and three days later I got called in for the next stage.

I was actually ready and joined the call on time, expecting it to start.

But when I joined, nobody from their side showed up. I waited around 15 minutes, then contacted HR to flag that the interview hadn’t started. HR’s response was that the interview was cancelled. The timing and the way it was handled made the whole experience feel like a total waste of my time.

I never progressed beyond that, and honestly it was one of the most frustrating experiences I had because the cancellation came without any meaningful coordination or follow-through.
