My recruiter and HR communication really set the tone for the whole process.

It dragged on for a long time, with long delays between steps, and I never felt like I was getting proper updates.

The interviewer interactions also felt unprofessional to me—rude behavior and a lack of respect during the process. Even though the technical side wasn’t the only issue, the overall experience left me feeling like the organization didn’t treat the candidate journey seriously. I didn’t get an offer, and what stuck with me most was the disrespect and the poor communication throughout.
