I went through three rounds: first a DSA round with three medium-to-hard DSA questions, then a system design round where I was asked to design Splitwise, and finally a hiring manager round that covered an overview of my resume, projects, and subjects plus some general discussion about college life.

The structure felt like it was testing different skills at each stage—coding depth first, then a shift into design thinking, and then a more personal/hiring conversation at the end. The DSA and system design combo made the overall difficulty feel more demanding than a typical technical screen.

I didn’t get an offer. What I appreciated was that the questions weren’t all the same style, but the tradeoff was that I had to be prepared to switch gears quickly across rounds.
