The overall format felt pretty standard: machine coding, DS/Algo, system design, and then a hiring manager round.

They did call and chase to get me scheduled for interviews, which at first felt like the process was moving.

But once I was rejected, it turned into a lack of support. There was no proper feedback on the rounds, and they didn’t even bother to call or reply. Instead, I received an auto-generated rejection email even though I was expecting an offer.

I didn’t get an offer, and what stuck with me most was the lack of transparency. I never learned why I was rejected, and it made the entire process feel discourteous considering how many rounds and how much effort it took.
