My interview process felt good overall, and all the interviewers I met were nice.

The online test had four questions, all of medium difficulty, and the experience didn’t feel chaotic or adversarial.

After the test, there was a presentation component that gave a clear sense of how the organization operated. That piece helped me understand the environment better than just going straight into technical evaluation.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but I didn’t feel burned by the process. The combination of friendly interviewers and the structured presentation is what made it stand out for me.
