My process started like it was going to be normal, but scheduling quickly turned messy.

A corporate recruiter reached out by email, and even after a scheduler confirmed a call time, it got changed repeatedly for no real reason. After the phone call with the hiring manager, the onsite interview was scheduled and then not confirmed properly with me—I had to re-book myself the same day, only to get pushed again last minute because the recruiter didn’t seem to have the hiring manager’s availability aligned.

On top of that, I ran into a similar breakdown during interviews: I showed up expecting the next conversation and ended up waiting about an hour on the official call with no one
